We are committed to ensuring that every time you visit SpaForever, you enjoy a caring, relaxing and healing experience provided by a professional massage therapist or an aesthetician. We thought it would be helpful for you to know what to expect from SpaForever on your first visit.
When you arrive at SpaForever for a facial, our guest relations will welcome you and ask you to fill out a Consultation Form. The Consultation Form is where you record medical history, past/ present injuries and any physical conditions we should be aware of. We also record your skin type and facial treatments on the form and track your development.
Your therapist will then greet you and take you to a stylish yet comfortable treatment room and review the Consultation Form with you. They will inquire about your specific needs and preferences about the treatment.
Your therapist will leave the room and wait outside while you disrobe to your level of comfort. For massage therapies, some guests prefer to completely disrobe, while some will remain partially clothed. Hangers behind the door and an ottoman are provided for your use. Once disrobed, you will lie on the treatment table, under the top sheet. You will always be draped with the top sheet during sessions. Your massage therapist will only uncover the part of the body they are working on, ensuring that your modesty is respected at all times. Your therapist will give you a few minutes for this process and will knock on the door to ask if you are ready before entering your room.
You will get the treatment in a luxurious and relaxing environment. The treatment table is padded and heated where you can have adjusted to your preference. You can select the type of music that fits your mood through individual iPod speakers. If you’d prefer, the room will be quiet with no outside distractions.
Depending on your specific needs or requests, your therapist will design a massage, facial or waxing treatment for you. SpaForever uses only the highest quality hypo-allergenic facial (Dermalogica and AquaDerma), waxing and massage products during your treatment. At SpaForever, our massage therapy and facial sessions are one hour length. This time includes a 5-minute pre-interview and undress time, 50 minutes of hands-on time and 5 minutes at the end for you to re-dress.
Once your therapy session is completed, your therapist will leave the room so you may re-dress. You may enjoy refreshing water and proceed to reception area for check out.
